Authentic: Grooves passionately believes in the power dance and movement offers individuals and groups. Through their journey they have come to understand that people from all walks of life are able to use dance and movement as a vessel to express emotions and find confidence.
Authentic: Grooves utilizes a unique approach to help non-profit organizations build relationships and gain awareness within their communities. By using the power of dance and collaboration, Authentic: Grooves "links up" with non-profits to reach audiences in unexpected ways.

Authentic: Grooves 'linked up' with Parent Engagement Network (PEN) and hosted the Transforming Stress to Strength Through Movement workshop. Transforming Stress to Strength Through Movement is a movement-based workshop where Authentic: Grooves Company Members guided the group through several movement-related actives that targeted reducing stress, providing clarity of thought, and opening the mind and heart to alternate ways of communicating.
